We're looking for someone to take the lead on projects that bring real improvements to our PG plants. You’ll be in charge of coordinating the work, keeping things on track, and making sure everything gets done right—on time, within budget, and to the expected quality. The role involves working closely with others, staying on top of changes, solving problems as they come up, and making sure all the right rules are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from design to adoption using tools like Microsoft Project, Newport, SIMPL, etc.
  • Keep detailed schedules, track milestones, and manage execution.
  • Handle project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and funding.
  • Create and run communication plans—updates, meetings, and escalations.
  • Oversee suppliers involved in delivering the solution.
  • Collaborate with Product Supply and GBS teams.
  • Keep projects aligned with business goals and ensure promised value is delivered.

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong project management skills, with emphasis on delivering “fit for use” solutions that meet aligned business objectives. This will require coordination across the Product Supply disciplines and multiple GBS services.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to influence others particularly when working with multi-functional teams. This includes having strong collaboration and customer relationship skills to interact with manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, at all levels, from developing and communicating project plans, to providing ongoing project updates to all stakeholders, to influencing key resources in supporting project decisions. This includes working with people from plants around the world.
  • Broad understanding (or demonstrated ability to learn) of Supply Chain and IWS business processes. Understanding of how technology is used within Product Supply to achieve operational excellence - includes the ability to link to the objectives of the Product Supply organization and penetrate the details of the manufacturing environment.
  • Ability and desire to learn and penetrate the details of the technology used to deliver the manufacturing digital solutions. Existing solid understanding of Proficy, PrIME and SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, self-directed environment. Includes having an internal sense of urgency for the work and skill in managing change and complexity.
  • Good innovation skills to help identify ways to deliver projects in a more efficient manner.

Skills Needed to Perform This Job:

  • Project Management, Business Transformation, Application Lifecycle Management, IT Stewardship.
  • Planview, FCV, OPS Forecast tools are good to know upfront – but can be learned on the job.
