Top Shelf Food and Beverage Corporation is looking for a Plant Controller to join our team! As a key financial leader at our beverage manufacturing plant, you will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic insights, and help drive profitability and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the plant

✅ Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational efficiencies

✅ Partner with plant leadership to drive cost savings and process improvements

✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies

✅ Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and inventory management

✅ Support capital investment decisions and business strategy

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred

✔️ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance/accounting

✔️ Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems

✔️ Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving

✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills
