Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Project Planning and Monitoring of Residential High rise buildings projects. should be responsible for time management along with tracking of cost management.

The position will be responsible to provide support to construction Head to manage various work fronts, plan out daily weekly and monthly tasks arrange for men material and design decisions.

Review contractor performance take active participation in weekly site review meetings and do follow up plan. Provide monthly management reports.

Fully conversant with MS PROJECT and MS OFFICE along with ERP software to extract data and present in a dashboard to take actions.
