Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and execution of creative design concepts, detailed design, and completion of the design as approved.
• Establish and achieve design milestones, and provide strategic management of the team to meet project requirements.
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate the activities and operations of the team, including design, planning, performance reviews, and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements; coordinate assigned activities with other teams within the department, as well as other departments and external agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in the design and planning of Residential, Commercial and Township
