About NavGurukul

NavGurukul is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality education and career opportunities to underserved communities. We equip students with technical and life skills to help them secure meaningful employment and lead independent lives. Our initiatives aim to bring long-term systemic change in how education and career readiness are approached in India.

We currently run nine fully-funded residential campuses, eight of which are exclusively for girls, with a strong focus on inclusion and equity. Open to learners who have completed Class 10 and are 17+, our programs are designed around peer learning, self-paced education, and community living. Over 1100+ students have been placed in aspirational tech and business roles through our programs.

About The Role

As a Placement & Internship Coordinator, you will play a critical role in connecting our students with meaningful career opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, designing systems, and working closely with students to help them achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with companies, startups, and hiring platforms
• Match students with suitable internship and job roles based on their skills and aspirations
• Plan and execute placement drives, career fairs, and employer networking events
• Guide students through the job application process — resume creation, interview prep, etc.
• Track key placement metrics and continuously improve outcomes through data insights
• Work closely with internal teams to align training with market trends and hiring needs
• Promote Zuvy.org as a key platform for student internships and hiring
• Create scalable systems and processes to streamline placements across campuses

Compensation & Culture at NavGurukul

We offer salaries similar to most non-profits in India. For this role, the range is ₹5.4 to ₹7.2 lakhs per year. If you have more experience and are deeply aligned with our mission, we’re happy to consider you for a senior position too.
