Essential Functions - Pass on the knowledge and technique of pizza masters as it was passed on to you. - Work with Executive chef to ensure standards. - Support management to ensure all goals are being met. - Must be able to work on the restaurants schedule that includes weekend and holidays. - Must be able to work in a commercial kitchen environment with storage area that have extreme environmental conditions like a freezer, and work with very hot big equipment. - Set an example for other staff members by refraining from all drug and alcohol use regardless of general standards for non-management staff. Qualifications - Expert communication skills for continuous and ongoing training of other staff members - Completion of training with partner restaurant managers.
