Position: Pipeline Superintendent
Location: Portland, OR
Salary: $165,000- $185,000 + Bonus(s)

Join their team, a respected general contractor with a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest. They are seeking a Pipeline Superintendent to oversee utility and pipeline construction projects in the greater Portland area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations for pipeline construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.

• Supervise and schedule field crews and equipment.

• Monitor daily productivity and project progress.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.

• Solve on-site challenges and maintain clear communication across teams.
  
  

Experience Needed:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in pipeline or utility construction.

• At least 3 years in a superintendent or crew leadership role.

• Proven track record managing large-scale civil infrastructure or pipeline projects.

• Experience with trenching, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), and utility installation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
