We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team. Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Schedule & Pay: * Schedule: 8 hours a week * Pay Range: $70-$80 What Youll Do: * Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures, including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular). * Provide occupational health services, including DOT exams and treatment of workers' compensation injuries. * Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations. * Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. * Serve as a clinical leader, ensuring high-quality patient care. What Were Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. * Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team. * Strong clinical skills with experience in both fast-track and main emergency department settings. * Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications & Certifications: * Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program. * Active PA or NP license in the applicable state. * Current DEA license. * BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification. Additional Requirements (Manager to Complete): * Required DISA background and drug testing. * Able to obtain TWIC card which is required to enter the refinery site. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and patients while maintaining a patient-centered mindset that values inclusivity, respect, and individualized care. * Committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service by treating all clients, patients and colleagues with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. * Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a collaborative healthcare team focused on patient-centered service and operational excellence.
