The Role:

As a Physician Assistant at Pacific Rehab Consultants, you will play a key role in the delivery of patient care at skilled nursing facilities under the supervision of a PM&R physician. You will work in close collaboration with our physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care and the best possible outcomes for our patients.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive PM&R evaluations and follow-up visits for patients.
  • Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate, in accordance with PRC’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate nursing and therapy staff on best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Work closely with physicians across various specialties to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document patient interactions using our user-friendly Elation Health electronic medical records system.


What We’re Looking For:

  • An expert-level clinician with excellent problem-solving skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • A Physician Assistant (PA-C) certified by the respective board.
  • A current California state license and DEA license.
  • No PM&R experience required—we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds, including those new to rehabilitation medicine.
