What You’ll Do As a Physical Therapist

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including athletes and post-surgical rehab.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Lead and participate in team-based care with a collaborative and dynamic staff of therapists.
• Plan, market, and develop new rehab programs that address the specific needs of our community.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, physicians, and fellow healthcare providers.
• Share your knowledge and expertise by presenting in-services to other team members and helping elevate the skills of your peers.
• Assist in the general operation of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Must possess or be eligible for state licensure in Nebraska.
• Passion: A true commitment to making a difference in patients’ lives and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of professionals to create the best possible outcomes for our patients.
• Specialized Skills (Preferred): Experience or interest in postural restoration, dry needling, or custom bike fitting is a plus.
