Full-time position as a physical therapist. Single practice with autonomy and ability to have a part in how things are done. Strong patient flow and reputation in our local community. Clinic is located in an outpatient surgical center across from an orthopedic practice. However, we are independently owned and see patients from throughout the region. Diverse patient population including a mix of pre/post op, worker’s comp, sports, and general orthopedic issues with no lack of patients.

Located in a town along the Columbia River 1 hour from the ocean, 1 hour from Mt. St. Helen’s, and Less than an hour from downtown Portland.

Role Description

•  Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
•  Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and obtained goals
•  Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
• Treatment sessions are 40 minutes, one-on-one, with no overlapping.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current WA state Physical Therapy license
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting is helpful, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification
