• Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitors outcomes, and documents all patient information.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying learning needs and available resources.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, and valid RN licensure.
• Certifications include BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NIHSS, and de-escalation training, with specific timelines for new graduates.
