Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) looking for a flexible, PRN (as-needed) position? Our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Cypress, TX is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team. If you have at least 2-3 years of outpatient experience, a current Texas PT/PTA license, and are looking for flexible hours with a great work-life balance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices and tailored treatment plans.
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Assist in educating patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Available to work some Saturdays and evening hours as needed, depending on patient schedule.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a valid Texas state license.
• 2-3 years of outpatient experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with changing patient schedules and needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
