Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of California Up-to-date CPR certification (online certifications not accepted) Current CA driver’s license and proof of insurance Responsibilities: Work closely with our experienced physical therapists to deliver exceptional in-home therapy sessions. Participate actively in staffing conferences and department meetings, contributing your insights and expertise. Customize physical therapy treatments to meet the unique needs of each patient, incorporating a range of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, gait training, and neuromotor development. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective therapy techniques and strategies. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all patient visits and treatments. Prioritize patient well-being and safety, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for every individual under your care. Experience: While home health experience is preferred, we're committed to providing comprehensive training for motivated candidates. Strong knowledge of Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine is essential for success in this role.
