Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical abilities and limitations.
Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Implement therapeutic exercise programs and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and function.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and home exercises.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Qualifications
Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Texas license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is **preferred**
CPR certification
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
