Job Description

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is **preferred**
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
