The Manager for Physical Asset Security (PAS) is responsible for the following:
Building and sustaining a pro-active PAS management culture
Providing functional leadership in PAS
Ensuring that effective governance and programs are established and continuously improved in AP
Providing oversight and advisory function on the effective implementation at business and functional levels to ensure alignment of purpose and consistency in management approach
Promotes the progressive professional development of functional leads in PAS
Ensuring that the management program aligns with business objectives and goals
Develops practicable performance measures and targets in the attainment of short and medium term goals in PAS
Develops programs to address requirements for PAS improvement
Oversees the BUs’ level of PAS conformance and compliance on corporate, legal & statutory requirements
Advises on due diligence studies in support of business de velopment initiatives on brown and greenfield projects with regards to operational PAS risks
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years’ experience in security management in multinational power generation, oil and gas, chemical, or related hazardous industries
Certified Security Professional or certified in other relevant security management training by reputable local or international security organizations
Ability to assess security risk, threat, and vulnerability and provide measures to address it
Ability to develop PAS programs and initiatives in line with corporate direction, strategy, legal, and statutory requirements
Knowledge to develop, maintain and supervise the implementation of the ISPS requirements
