As a Development Engineer, you will join our R&D team composed of experienced software engineers following Scrum methodology and working hand-in-hand with Product Marketing team to build innovative and robust messaging solutions running on AWS cloud.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Participate to the definition and analysis of needs,
  • Conceive efficient, scalable, reliable, and reusable code. Implement and promote best software engineering practices: design patterns, security by design, responsive design, TDD…
  • Participate in the entire production life cycle of backend and frontend applications for our messaging business (full-stack PHP/Symfony using AWS serverless/managed services),
  • Ensure the best performance, quality, cost efficiency possible of the applications,
  • Share information with the rest of the team and provide solid technical documentation.

WE HOPE YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack PHP/Symfony and web UI development
  • Working knowledge of AWS is a plus
  • Engineering studies (solid knowledge in software engineering, software security principles, computer networks, algorithms and data structures, design patterns and architectural patterns)
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
