Role: Senior Software Engineer – PHP/ Senior PHP Developer We are looking to hire a dynamic Senior Software Engineer in PHP to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic. You will also be required to maintain the central database and respond to requests from the team as well as the client. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, understanding of MVC designs, and working knowledge of backend tools & front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. Responsibilities: ● Lead the entire web application development lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release, and support phases. ● Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement. ●Design, develop and maintain and maintain efficient PHP modules to seamlessly integrate front-end technologies. ● Conducting analysis of client requirements and developing back-end portals with an optimized database. ● Finalizing back-end features and testing web applications. ● Updating and altering application features to enhance performance. ● Should be able to come up with effective solutions to fill the gap between product features and customer needs. ● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ● Ability to manage & coordinate with internal & external teams as required. ● Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve system architecture. Requirements & Qualification: ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). ● 3-5 years of working expertise in PHP Full stack development ● Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer/ Senior PHP Developer or similar role with astrong portfolio of PHP projects. ● Intermediate to expert level experience in Laravel framework ● Solid understanding about web technology ● Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. ● Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). ● Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. ● Strong fundamentals in OO, algorithms and data structures ● Experience in working on Linux environment Good to have: ● Good knowledge of MongoDB ● Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). ● Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. ● Knowledge of application scalability ● Knowledge in Software Design & UXAbout the Company: About Company: Waybeo offers advanced intelligence through call tracking & ad generated calls for enterprises.
