Position Overview: Seeking a full-time PHP Laravel Developer Team lead for our on-site office located in Madurai. As a PHP Laravel Developer as well as a Team lead, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising our platform using PHP Laravel frameworks along with the team members. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to develop and test new features, perform troubleshooting and deployment, and provide innovative solutions that align with our business goals. Qualifications: Proficient in PHP Laravel Framework and RESTful API development Strong understanding of MySQL and database architecture Excellent knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying scalable applications Experience with Git, Bitbucket or similar version control systems Experience working with AWS, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop innovative solutions aligned with business goals Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field Experience with agile methodology and software development processes is a plus Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Team Managing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Back-end development: 6 years (Required) Work Location: In person
