We have the following scopes of work: 1. ERP System Developer - If you can work on an ERP System by understanding the business logics, that would make you a perfect candidate for this position. This is used by everyone in the company. 2. Portal Website (https://ktindia.net) - We have built this portal and continue to expand its capabilities for the customer. This is created for all our customer functions and we hope to continue to integrate newer technologies like AI and platform APIs into the portal for better UX. 3. Data Analytics - From the above two there is a ton of data that we collect, we need someone to translate that into working knowledge and recommend next steps of actions based on the same. We don't follow a strict scope and keep interchanging scopes for the developers based on the priorities, but if you are that good in one of the above scope, you can master it more and more without too much moving around between scopes. We have enough work in all three to consume one developer for this lifetime. But sometimes there are dependent functions amongst them and so keep an open mind. General Qualifications: - Proficient in PHP (obviously, or you wouldn’t be reading this). - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (because full-stack developers get all the glory). - Good problem-solving skills (because turning coffee into code is not always straightforward).
