Responsibilities ● Candidate must have team management skill ● Should be able to manage a team of developers ● Able to review PR & code and provide optimization techniques ● Fluent in verbal and written English is a must ● Sound communication skills (able to talk with client) and could attend meetings along with PM for requirement gathering ● Requirement gathering, planning, coding, testing, and deployment of new features/applications/projects/modules ● Knowledge of optimization techniques to improve performance and usability ● Troubleshoot application bugs and implement solutions ● Compile, process, and execute data and codes to troubleshoot problems ● Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to streamline multiple client meetings ● Has a flexible approach, willing to perform tasks outside own area of responsibility. ● Circulate the client’s requirement to the core Tech Team. ● Remains knowledgeable of product line, current industry products, and technologies ● Experience in maintaining tasks in Management tool ● Proposing optimized solutions to the team and client Technical Expertise ● 4+ years of experience in Web development ● Full Stack developer (Vue/React & Node/PHP) ● Must have a strong grip on Javascript ● Should know the implementation of design Patterns ● Knowledge of Advance VueJS concepts is highly recommended ● Strong grip over Databases (Relational/Non-relational) ● Good hands-on experience with SQL ● Good grip on Git (e.g, Github) ● Excellent knowledge of Docker ● Knowledge of Blockchain will be a plus ● Should know the Linux basic commands ● Knowledge of developing PWA and Desktop applications is plus ● Have basic knowledge of the deployment of projects ● Flexibility to move towards new stacks Job Type: Full-time Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Web development: 7 years (Required) laravel + vue js: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
