Required Technical Skill Set**

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Expecting 3–5-year experience of development & Debugging experience in given language. Able to write server-side web application logic. Strong understanding of PHP syntax, object-oriented programming, and best practices.

Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL) and SQL.

Proficiency with version control systems

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

Ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers and other team members.
