Summary

We are looking for a skilled Security Consultant with expertise in PHP, c Panel, and WordPress to identify, address, and resolve malware and security vulnerabilities across our websites and applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of web security best practices and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Malware Detection & Removal: Perform comprehensive malware scans and remove all malicious software from WordPress sites, CPanel servers, and PHP-based applications. Ensure the complete security of websites by identifying and fixing vulnerabilities that could lead to malware infections. Security Audits & Hardening: Conduct thorough security audits of WordPress installations, PHP applications, and server configurations (CPanel). Harden the security of websites by implementing firewalls, SSL certificates, and other security measures. Apply updates and patches to WordPress core, plugins, themes, and PHP scripts to prevent future vulnerabilities. Server & Website Monitoring: Set up and maintain real-time monitoring systems to detect potential threats or unauthorized access attempts. Analyze logs and system alerts to identify suspicious activities and mitigate risks proactively. Backup & Recovery Plans: Develop and implement automated backup systems for websites and databases to ensure quick recovery in case of a breach. Establish disaster recovery protocols to restore websites swiftly after a cyber incident. PHP Code Review & Optimization: Review existing PHP code for potential security loopholes and suggest improvements. Optimize PHP configurations on c Panel to enhance performance and security. WordPress Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within WordPress, including plugin conflicts and vulnerabilities. Ensure proper configuration of security plugins (e.g., Wordfence, Sucuri) to safeguard against attacks. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in PHP development and CPanel server management. In-depth knowledge of WordPress security and vulnerability management. Strong understanding of web security standards (e.g., SSL, HTTPS). Experience with malware detection, removal, and website security hardening. Familiarity with server-side security practices, including firewalls, backups, and secure file permissions. Proficiency in using security tools like Wordfence, Sucuri, and security plugins for WordPress. Experience with databases (MySQL) and website performance optimization Job Type: Full-time
