As a Photo Editor at Twogether Studios, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing wedding photos to ensure they meet the studio’s aesthetic and technical standards. You will work closely with our team of photographers to deliver a consistent visual style across all events. Familiarity with AI-based editing software such as Aftershoot, Imagen AI, or similar platforms is a strong bonus and reflects our forward-thinking approach to workflow efficiency.

• Culling large volumes of RAW images from weddings to select the most impactful stories.
• Performing professional-grade editing and color correction using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Ensuring consistency in tone, color palette, and visual narrative across all photos delivered to clients.
• Ability to work without Lightroom presets and be able to create custom presets
• Collaborating with photographers to understand their creative intent and apply it during post-processing.
• Managing and organizing image files efficiently for quick retrieval and backup.
• Working with the delivery team to prepare high-resolution files, online galleries, and curated selections for albums and social media.
• Using (or learning to use) AI editing tools like Aftershoot, Imagen AI, etc., to speed up workflows without compromising quality.
  

• 2–4 years of experience in photo editing, preferably in wedding or event photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is essential.
• Strong understanding of color theory, skin tones, and editing for natural, warm aesthetics.
• Familiarity with AI-based editing platforms such as Aftershoot, Imagen AI, or Narrative Select is a bonus.
• A strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-performance creative team.
