DirectSourceRx is an early-stage venture preparing to launch a fully licensed, technology-forward mail-order pharmacy that will serve all 50 states. We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager who can transform a blank slate into a compliant, high-throughput, patient-centric operation. If you excel at turning regulatory complexity into repeatable processes—and you’re energized by the chance to build every system, hire every teammate, and shape every SOP from scratch—this is your platform.

• Establish & Scale a New Operation: Spearheaded the development of a brand-new mail-order pharmacy, including facility layout, automated dispensing, and technology integration.
• Drive Regulatory Compliance: Secure and maintain licensure in all 50 U.S. states, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy guidelines.
• Optimize Processes & Technology: Implement efficient prescription intake, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows using cutting-edge pharmacy management software.
• Build & Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to deliver excellence at scale.
• Manage Financials & Growth: Develop operational budgets, negotiate with PBMs and suppliers, and drive strategies that maximize profitability and patient satisfaction.
• Champion Patient-Centric Care: Ensure patients receive top-tier service, including timely deliveries, personalized counseling, and responsive support across all platforms.
  

• 5+ Years’ Experience: Proven track record in pharmacy operations, with 2-3 years in mail-order or high-volume settings.
• Startup Expertise: Experience building or significantly scaling a pharmacy operation—an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity are key.
• Tech-Savvy Leader: Familiarity with automated dispensing systems, e-prescribing, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Problem-Solver: Adept at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a relentless focus on quality and compliance.
• Inspirational Team Player: Skilled in motivating cross-functional teams to innovate, collaborate, and excel in a rapidly growing environment.
• Bilingual — must speak English and Spanish
