About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Pharma Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with corporate and pharmaceutical industry clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to provide high-level travel and event management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and pharmaceutical clients, understanding their travel and event needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the corporate and pharma sectors, expanding the company’s client portfolio.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, congress participation, and corporate event planning, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies, industry regulations, and budget constraints, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, venues, and service providers to negotiate competitive rates and secure optimal arrangements for clients.
  • Address any travel disruptions, last-minute changes, or event-related challenges efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Tourism, Hospitality, or IATA Foundation diploma (level 1).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate travel management, pharma event planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements for congresses and travel.
  • Experience handling corporate travel programs, including air & ground transportation, accommodation, and event logistics.
  • Proficiency in Amadeus, FORTHcrs, Panasoft, and corporate booking tools is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-profile accounts.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
