This position involves managing various customer service tasks, including processing renewals, endorsements, and quotes, answering billing questions, responding to inquiries, and submitting claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process policy renewals, endorsements, and quotes accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer billing-related questions and assist with payment processes.
  • Collaborate with agents and insurance carriers to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims, ensuring clients are well-informed throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • A valid P&C license is required.
  • 2+ years of personal lines customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
