Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing policy information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, including handling renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions.
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to ensure adequate protection.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products and coverage options.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and platforms.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Previous experience with both standard personal lines and high net worth accounts preferred.
