Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Case Handler located in San Jose, CA. The Personal Injury Case Handler will be responsible for assisting in the management of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, gathering and analyzing evidence, preparing documents, contacting insurance companies and coordinating with medical providers. The role also involves maintaining case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
