Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Strategic Director (Commercial).
  • Manage and organize the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the Director's decision-making process.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Director and the commercial team.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
