Summary

Job Title: Personal Assistant

📍 Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

💼 Experience Required: 2–4 years



Key Roles & Responsibilities

đź—‚ Administrative Support

  • Manage Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain and organize files (digital & physical).
  • Support with expense reports and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile required information.


đźš— Logistical Support

  • Arrange travel (flights, accommodation, transport).
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle personal tasks and errands.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials.


đź—Ł Communication

  • Serve as point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth and professional communication.
  • Keep Director informed and updated.
  • Take meeting notes and track follow-ups.


đź“‹ Other Duties

  • Support in project management and deliverables.
  • Coordinate team tasks and goals.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through timely communication.
  • Assist in workflow planning and execution.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Certifications like CIPS, ISM are a plus.
