Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 1-15 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues. You'll need to excel in customer service, data entry, and communication while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and able to handle a variety of customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills and CRM software
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and implement solutions to recurring problems
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
