We have an exciting opportunity for a
Permits Coordinator at our East Bay branch located in Livermore, California. The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$28.00, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact dynamically with local management
- Manage the permit process for the local management team
Requirements
- Experienced with local zoning and permitting process
- Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
- Excellent customer service experience
- Service industry experience is strongly desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential along with a working knowledge of various software programs
- Valid driver's license
