• Candidate (8-10 years) should have mandatory experience in Application performance monitoring tool called "Logic Monitor"
• Needs to have hands on experience in Jmeter or Loadrunner
• Any one of other APM tools (for e.g. New Relic , App Dynamics, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Experience in Selenium or UFT are good to have requirement.
  
  

Rules & Responsibility

• Test Planning & Design : Create test plans, define test strategies, and design test scenarios (load, stress, scalability).
• Test Execution & Monitoring : Execute performance tests and monitor system performance metrics (e.g., CPU, memory, response times).
• Bottleneck Identification : Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Optimization & Reporting : Recommend performance optimizations and generate detailed reports on test results.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement : Work with development and QA teams, and stay updated on testing tools and techniques
