Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of software applications through various testing methods. Responsibilities 5+years of experience in performance testing and engineering. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or similar. Proficiency in analyzing logs, system metrics, and using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Grafana. Strong understanding of software performance concepts such as throughput, latency, and scalability. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy, JavaScript) for test automation. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
