Utilize OpCon's Enterprise Manager or Solution Manager for job creation and maintenance. Ensure jobs are designed to run without direct user interaction. Create and manage schedules, which are groups of jobs that make up a business process. Define job dependencies, frequencies, and time windows for execution. Utilize OpCon's scheduling capabilities to automate the execution of batch jobs. Monitor the status of scheduled jobs and identify potential issues. Manage alerts and notifications to ensure timely resolution of problems. Optimize workload execution by adjusting job priorities and resource allocation. Import and deploy schedule definitions to OpCon environments using OpCon Deploy. Utilize transformation rules to adapt schedule definitions to different environments. Manage batch deployments of schedules or packages. Triaging issues by debugging Java code, review design & code to identify performance issues and suggest/make fixes, execute batches using Opcon Scheduler in a test environment to identify issues. Hands-on in java front-end (Js) & back-end development frameworks (like Spring), Webservices, exceptions handling, connection management, batch process implementations, SQL, Unix/Shell server commands/scripting Working knowledge of web/app servers, JVMs, connection pools, heap memory analysis & other internal java processes Hands-on experience in tools is a plus - Splunk, Dynatrace, JIRA, ALM Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
