What you'll do:

Conducts tests on appliances or components and analyzes and follows up on the test results. The tasks involve technical aspects of low complexity and provide support to professional colleagues. Applies established procedures to address routine or standard problems. Receives instructions, guidance, and direction from others.

In detail, you will:

• Prepares and executes laboratory activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of performance testing
• Actively participates in the development of new projects
• Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement
• Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems
• Interacts with cross-functional teams, and shares knowledge
• Broadens competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills
• Receives moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines
• Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day-to-day activities
• Identifies and solves problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, and analyzes each using standard procedures

• Quality Management according to ISO/IEC 17025
• Coaches team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with a sense of urgency
• Supports Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities

• Coordinates with Global Laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability, and competence
• Cleaning and drying Technology Laboratory facilities and equipment control
• Cleaning and drying Technology Laboratory capabilities and improvement planning
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering
• 1-3 years’ experience in relevant experience, in International and National standard for household appliances (ISO/IEC 17025)
• Experience in EN/IEC 60436, EN 50242
• AS/NZS 2007.1, AS/NZS 2007.2, GBT 20290, GB+ 38383, Consumer CHOICE, Consumer ICRT, IEC 60335-2-11.
