Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Automation and Performance Test Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both automation testing and performance testing, with a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts
• Create and implement performance test strategies and plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks from the scratch
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or similar
• Analyse test results and provide detailed reports on performance metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
• Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and methodologies

Essential Skills:

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar
• Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, or Blazemeter
• Expertise in Python or other scripting technologies
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices
• Expertise in Microsoft Enterprise Framework cloud/Mobile/IoT
• Working experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
• Design patterns for Web/Mobile Applications, Progressive WebApps, Desktop Applications
• Experienced in working with Bluetooth, USB communication applications

• Deep Understanding of Access Control Management Solutions
• Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to the customers
• Experienced in working with multi-cultural teams and customers
• Self-motivated working under minimal supervision
• Ability to operate in a changing and ambiguous environment
• Experience in mobility testing with debugging /troubleshooting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Automation & Performance testing certification would be an added advantage

Education:

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics
