Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring scalable, high-performing applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate performance KPIs and drive quality improvements across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests

• Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad

• Analyze performance metrics and system bottlenecks using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)

• Monitor and tune application performance across web, cloud, and distributed systems

• Create detailed performance test plans, execution reports, and analysis documents

• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and architecture teams for performance tuning and system optimization

• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools


Required Skills:

• 5+ years in performance testing or engineering roles

• Proficiency with tools like Apache JMeter, HP LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Groovy, Java, Shell, or Python)

• Deep understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and browser-server interactions

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures

• Knowledge of monitoring tools and log analysis (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack)

• Solid grasp of SQL and database performance tuning

• Experience with CI/CD tools and performance testing integration


Nice to Have:

• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with SaaS platform performance

• ISTQB or performance testing certifications
