About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Architect for enterprise level project with expertise in performance engineering and the successful candidate will be responsible providing performance strategy, & actionable performance plan and working with Enterprise Architecture, Development teams.

Responsibilities:
• Overall IT experience of 12-15+ years is must
• Individual contributor - closely works with Enterprise Architecture, Development team and existing QA Teams
• Strong experience with SaaS applications (preferably Salesforce) & Integrations performance engineering experience
• Should be able to provide gap analysis, performance strategy, & actionable performance plan
• Should have strong technical skills and proactive in recommending / proposing solutions and strategies on performance issues
• Evaluate Technical landscape, SLA’s, recommended ideal SLA’s with data backing , Performance Plans and Implementation
• Should be hands on, work through the details, lean in, & direct Performance testing resources as needed
• Tools & technologies – JMeter, LoadRunner, Datadog, Real User testing & Microsoft Azure Environment, etc.,
• Good Communication skills (closely works with leadership team)
