5+ years of Strong performance testing and engineering experience
Bachelor or Technology / Engineering
Study business requirement & solution design documents to derive/devise performance requirements.
Study application architecture upstream and downstream components to devise performance test approach.
Prepare performance test strategy & plan to detail out scope, non-functional requirements, performance tests, workload model, performance testing approach and schedule.
Create & review performance test scripts using Performance testing tools (Load Runner - preferred, JMeter etc.)
Carry out tools feasibility analysis and PoC if required.
Execute & monitor performance tests using Performance testing tools (Load Runner - preferred, JMeter etc.)
Monitor server performance using Microfocus Sitescope or native monitoring tools.
Analyze performance test results and prepare performance test reports highlight performance issues in application or server side.
Identify performance bottlenecks using Diagnostics tools – AppDynamics knowledge preferred
Work with Development , Infra team to articulate performance issues and take it to closure.
Report performance testing status to stakeholders highlighting risk / issues.
Good understanding of cloud implementations such as AWS, AZURE
Good understanding of CICD tools in performance testing – GITLab integration
Banking domain knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
