Job Description Summary

The Data & Reporting Analyst will work across all account service lines (Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, Vendor Management, Shared Services, PSC, Risk & Compliance,Sustainability). The role will be the first point of contact for all data, reporting, business systems requests. The role will maintain and develop client reporting portal (Triana/Power BI) and all reporting templates (Excel) and automation (Power Automate/Alteryx) used across the account.

Under the guidance of the Performance and Reporting Manager, and in conjunction with the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) and Operational Excellence team, the Data & Reporting Analyst provides ongoing support to the client Account Team and the client by resolving BAU technology issues and assisting in the roll out of Cushman & Wakefield technology initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance client reporting portal (Triana/Power BI) by creating or updating dashboards and reports, and analysing data requirements
  • Maintain and enhance automation (Power Automate/Alteryx) by creating or updating automation workflows
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and support other teams with their data requests
  • Document user request, and change requests to support change management and quality control.
  • Monitor and investigate data issues reported by other teams to understand their cause and take measures to prevent them from happening again
  • Run and analyse data integrity reports to identify root causes of data quality issues
  • Document data reporting processes and identify data reporting improvement opportunities to facilitate effective data management
  • Support the Performance and Reporting Manager to coordinate all technology-related activities for the client Account Team.
  • Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture, set an example by modelling the required behaviours and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards.
  • Comply with Cushman & Wakefield HSSE policies and adhere to procedures and work instructions that are relevant to activities.
  • Creating tools and templates to support the implementation of business improvement initiatives across the account
  • Producing and delivering recurring reports and any other requested reports
  • Monitoring performance to ensure data quality and consistency and to provide accurate reports across the account
  • Developing new dashboards and reports (Power BI) that provide insights to C&W and Westpac users
  • Providing operational support for existing and new applications.

Background and Experience

  • At least 2 year's of relevant experience in a technology management.,
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with large data sets.
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of both a local and national team.
  • Demonstrated experience in Power BI development
  • Experience in reviewing and improving data quality
  • Experience in Property and Facilities Management

Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Power BI development skills (Essential)
  • Power Automate (Essential)
  • Power Apps (Good to have)
  • Alteryx (Good to have)
  • JDE or other ERP admin experience (Good to have)
  • SQL and Good understanding of database
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability of developing automated reports or templates (VBA)
  • Professional communication and documentation skills
