🔍 About the Role:

Varcons Inc. is seeking a Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying incidents, and coordinating incident analysis and resolution across teams. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and respond to incidents.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Conduct incident reviews to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with different teams to analyze performance bottlenecks and system health.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolution processes, and lessons learned.
  • Assist in optimizing system performance and implementing preventive measures.


📜 Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in performance monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Instana, Datadog, Prometheus, or other observability platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to correlate logs, metrics, and traces.
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and mentor junior team members.
