Job Description
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and other digital platforms.
Optimization & Analysis: Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other performance indicators. Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies to improve results.
Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels and campaigns, maximizing ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative, product, and content teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders. Utilize data to drive decisions and ensure campaigns meet and exceed goals.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovative strategies that deliver exceptional results.
Growth & Lead Generation: Develop strategies that drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition, contributing to overall business growth.
The Successful Applicant
Experience: 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking tools. Ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex marketing challenges.
