Your Role: Leading the Charge

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead the creation and growth of our internal technical team, overseeing the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of our in-house offers. This is a ground-up opportunity to impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your strategic and hands-on expertise will directly influence our success.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build & Lead: Develop a team of talented individuals and establish efficient, scalable processes.
  • Campaign Management: Monitor, analyse, and optimise, ensuring affiliate and
  • client satisfaction.
  • Technical Oversight: Master the tools of the trade, from Everflow to CRM, Mailgun to Stripe.
  • Strategise & Solve: Tackle strategies, innovate solutions, and ensure 100% operational uptime.
  • Optimise Performance: Optimise through A/B testing, fraud monitoring, data monetisation, and gateway monetisation.

Salary Package:

Euros 60k - 80k Per Annum
