Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with a strong expertise in PPC advertising to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and display campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy and perform regular A/B testing to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage budget pacing and bid strategies to achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Implement conversion tracking and collaborate with the analytics team to measure performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Create detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders regularly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in PPC and performance marketing.
  • Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure integrated digital campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, quality score, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in lead generation-focused campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel analytics.
