Must haves:

• 5+ yrs of Experience as a Load Performace Engineer


• Own the performance lifecycle end-to-end: From understanding requirements to test execution, tuning, monitoring, and automated status reporting—with minimal oversight.


• Bring strong performance engineering expertise: Not limited to testing, but in-depth diagnostics and optimization based on real-world scenarios.


• Utilize 5+ years of hands-on experience with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or equivalent to simulate load and measure system behavior.


• Leverage APM tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Introscope) for performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.


• Apply log analysis tools such as Splunk, Kibana, or Logstash to investigate, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.


• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work with global teams and hit the ground running with a solution-first mindset.

Pay Rate Range: $50 - $65/hr
