Job Title: Performance and Insight Analyst

Experience Required: 5+ years (media monitoring and reporting experience is a must)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Performance and Insight Analyst for one of our client. This is a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in media monitoring, reporting, and performance evaluation to support strategic communications, enhance client value, and drive continuous improvement in campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor media coverage across multiple platforms to track client and brand mentions.
• Create and deliver comprehensive performance reports, including metrics like media reach, sentiment analysis, share of voice, and KPI benchmarking.
• Provide insight-driven analysis to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns and recommend areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with PR and account teams to shape data-informed strategies and optimize client outcomes.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting, particularly during high-impact media moments or campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a performance analysis or insight reporting role, ideally within PR or communications agencies.
• Proven expertise in media monitoring
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
• Must be an Arabic Speaker.
• Experience working with or reporting to senior stakeholders is a plus.
