Description: Mittera is currently looking for night shift Perfect Binder Operators to join the our family where ideas are valued and internal mobility is promoted! Perfect Binder Operators are responsible for setting up and operating perfect binder to meet quality and production expectations. This position is a leadership role and will assist in directing the work activities of the finishing team members to ensure productivity, quality and safety goals are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and maintain Perfect Binder and all auxiliary equipment Guide crew to meet and exceed production standards Responsible for the ongoing training and development of crew Performs routine and preventive maintenance on all assigned equipment Ensures good housekeeping practices are followed Responsible for promoting, enforcing and sustaining safety and look for ways to improve the operation Facilitate teamwork on crews and between shifts Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Skills and Abilities Previous perfect binding experience required Ability to lead and foster growth and development on the team Knowledgeable of perfect binder set-up and maintenance procedures Effective communications skills with all levels within the organization Has basic computer skills Must be self-motivated, reliable, and quality, safety oriented The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Mittera is a leading-edge company that provides commercial and digital printing, finishing, graphic design, data analytics, direct mail processing, and fulfillment services.
