Technical PeopleSoft HCM Developer/Consultant with strong hands-on expertise and system integration capabilities, particularly around Workforce Administration, Position Management, Benefits, and Payroll modules. Here's a breakdown of the ideal candidate profile your client is expecting:

• Strong PeopleSoft HCM Functional Knowledge
• Deep understanding of Workforce Admin, Position Management, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
• Familiarity with delivered PeopleSoft functionality and configurations.
• Advanced Technical Development Skills
• Expertise in PeopleSoft tools: App Engine, SQRs, PeopleCode, PS Query, Component Interface.
• Experience in Fluid UI is a bonus.
• Capable of system enhancements, customizations, and new development.
• Linux scripting experience is a strong asset.
• Integration and Middleware Knowledge
• Skilled in building inbound/outbound integrations, especially with Oracle Recruiting/other HR systems.
• Familiarity with middleware/gateways is desirable.
• Database and System Admin Knowledge
• Experience with Oracle DBMS and application database admin practices.
• Testing & Support
• Experience in unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.
• Ability to create and review technical specs, and communicate with testers/clients.
